The service

We provide information about Soul Flava and a way to place food orders where enabled. Menus, prices, and availability may change; we may refuse or cancel orders for operational, safety, or fraud reasons (with refund where payment has been taken).

Payments

Until live card processing is enabled, checkout may use a demo payment step — no real charge is made. When payments go live, they will be processed by our payment partner under their terms.

Allergens & dietary

Dietary tags are guidance only. If you have allergies or strict requirements, contact us before ordering. We handle allergens in the kitchen — cross-contact is possible.

Liability

We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order (or £0 during demo checkout). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumers retain mandatory rights in their home country.
